Are your rings adjustable? How does it work?

Many of our rings are adjustable and are designed to fit US sizes 5–12. The flexibility is built into the band, allowing you to gently widen or narrow it for a comfortable fit. We recommend adjusting it carefully and setting it once to your preferred size to maintain long-term durability.


Can I adjust it often? Will it weaken the band?

Adjust gently and avoid frequent bending back-and-forth. Like any metal, repeated forceful adjustments can cause stress over time. Aim to set it once for your preferred fit, then only make small adjustments when needed.

What is the ring made of?

Our rings are crafted from 925 sterling silver and set with moissanite. Some finishes may include gold or champagne gold plating over sterling silver. Exact materials and finish are listed on each product page.

Is the stone real moissanite?

Yes — we use moissanite, a lab-created gemstone known for its high brilliance and durability. Moissanite is not cubic zirconia. It has a distinct sparkle and strong hardness suitable for daily wear.

Will it look like a diamond?

Moissanite is often chosen as a diamond alternative because it’s bright and sparkly. It can show more “rainbow fire” than a diamond in certain light.

Is it hypoallergenic? Will it turn my finger green?

925 sterling silver is generally well-tolerated, but sensitivities vary by person. Skin discoloration can happen with any metal depending on skin chemistry, sweat, lotions, and humidity. Keeping the ring dry/clean and removing it before heavy sweating or water exposure helps.

Does sterling silver tarnish?

Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, perfumes, and skincare. This is normal and easily reversible with gentle cleaning and proper storage. We recommend storing your ring in a dry pouch/box when not worn.

How long does gold / champagne plating last?

Plating longevity depends on wear habits (water, sweat, friction, chemicals). For best longevity: avoid showering/swimming with the ring, remove before gym/cleaning products, and wipe the ring after wear. If you prefer the lowest maintenance, choose the rhodium plating.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes — moissanite is very durable and suitable for daily wear. For best condition, remove your ring before cleaning, showering, swimming, and skincare routines to avoid eroding the silver or wearing down the plating over time.


Will the stone fall out?

Stones are set securely, but impacts and daily knocks can loosen settings over time on any ring. Avoid hard hits, don’t wear during heavy work, and if you ever notice snagging or movement, contact support so we can help.

How do I clean my ring?

For 925 sterling silver, you can use a silver polishing cloth specifically made for sterling silver to restore shine and remove light tarnish.

However, avoid using polishing cloths on gold or champagne plated rings, as the friction can gradually wear down and erode the plating over time — unless the plating has already worn off and the underlying sterling silver is exposed.

Can I shower or swim with it?

We don’t recommend it. Water, chlorine, salt, and soaps can dull shine and reduce plating life. Remove your ring before showering, swimming, hot tubs, or washing dishes.

How long does shipping take?

Typical timelines (business days):
Production: 1–3 days (engraving/dispatch prep if applicable)
USA Delivery: 5–7 days
Remote Areas: up to 8 days
Gold/Champagne Plating: +2–3 additional production days

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email (and SMS if selected at checkout). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not entered processing/shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Will I pay customs, duties, or taxes?

Import taxes and duties are already covered within our shipping structure. You should not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

If you are ever asked to pay unexpected customs charges to receive your package, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and any documentation provided by the carrier. We will review the situation and assist you accordingly, including reimbursement if applicable.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-Day Quality Guarantee: Love it or return it within 60 days — no questions asked. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn/undamaged) with original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are not available unless the item qualifies under our return policy due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
