Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, undamaged).
  • Original packaging must be included.

Free Returns (Defects or Our Error)

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If you receive the wrong item.
  • If there is a verified manufacturing issue.

We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind

  • Return within 60 days for a refund.
  • Return shipping cost may apply.
  • Refund is issued once the item is inspected and approved.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available for style changes.

    An exchange will only be approved if the item qualifies under our return policy due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.

    If eligible, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!
